The main ticket office is located in the southeast entrance lobby of the Norville Center. The auxiliary ticket office in the northwest entrance of Gentile Arena is only open on men's basketball game days.

Hours of Operation
- Regular Hours: Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Game Days: 90 minutes prior to men's basketball games and 60 minutes prior to all other sports
- Summer Hours: Ticket windows are closed during months of May and June. Please call, text, or email for assistance.
