Loyola Student Tickets
Loyola undergraduate students receive FREE admission to all home regular-season athletic events. Additional guest tickets can be purchased at the regular ticket rates. Loyola graduate and professional students receive discounted admission to athletic events at the faculty/staff ticket rate. For men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, and softball, eligible students simply scan their student ID at the entrance gates for admission. Gates open 60 minutes prior to all games unless otherwise noted. Student seating is general admission.Men’s Basketball
Student section seating is general admission in sections 108, 109, 110, 211 with the Band of Wolves located in section 111. If available, student seating will be expanded into other sections of Gentile Arena. Additional guest tickets can be purchased at the regular ticket rates, but guests do not have access to the student section.
Eligible undergraduate students must claim their free student ticket online in advance to gain admission. Student IDs are NOT accepted for admission at men's basketball games. Students will receive email notification when tickets are ready to be claimed. Students are encouraged to use their mobile device to claim ticket and will enter using their phone. Please see below for student entry procedure:
- Select My Account at www.ramblertickets.com to login using your LUC student credentials
- Under the Student Tix dropdown, select Student Ticket Claim
- Select the game you'd like to attend
- Select the Student Section option and one (1) ticket from the student dropdown
- Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your ticket
- Add the ticket to your wallet app or use the PDF attachment in the confirmation email to enter the arena
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to use a certain entrance?
Students who have claimed a ticket are encouraged to enter Gentile Arena through the Damen Student Center entrance. Doors open 60 minutes prior to the game.
Where do I go once I enter the arena?
Student seating is located in Sections 108, 109, 110, and 211. Seating is first-come, first-serve within those sections. For select games, additional sections will be opened for student seating.
What if I forgot to claim a ticket or there are no student tickets left to claim?
Some games will have overflow student seating available. If no tickets are left to claim online, students can check one of the Gentile Arena ticket offices beginning 90 minutes prior to the game for overflow seating. These students do not have access to the student section and must sit in the seat assigned on their ticket. Please note, if the game is sold out, no overflow seating will be available.
What if I claim a ticket but can no longer attend?
Please email ramblertickets@luc.edu with your intention to return your ticket ASAP.
Our goal is to have as many students as possible in Gentile Arena. Students who claim a ticket but don't attend the game are taking away the opportunity for another student to attend. The following procedure is in place for no-shows:
- First Occurrence – email reminder to student
- Second Occurrence – loss of ticket claim privileges for the next three games
- Third Occurrence - loss of ticket claim privileges for the remainder of the season
